Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage global month/quarter/year-end close processes in accordance with U.S. GAAP, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • •Develop and implement accounting strategy and framework for new international entities
  • •Enhance and standardize accounting policies, procedures, and reporting processes across global operations
  • •Support external reporting and quarterly/annual/interim external audits, including audit schedule preparation and responding to auditor requests
  • •Maintain internal controls over general ledger accounting records and support sales and use tax filings via Avalara

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • •CPA certification (preferred)
  • •5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a public company with consolidation and multi-entity reporting
  • •Understanding of internal controls and auditing processes
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
