Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee invoicing and payments transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and processing within SLAs.
  • •Manage month-end PTP process to ensure timely closing and reporting, including controls and reconciliations.
  • •Handle PTP stakeholder interactions, including organizing and coordinating service review meetings.
  • •Lead and support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements for PTP.
  • •Provide people leadership for the PTP team by planning and assigning tasks, measuring KPIs, and supporting coaching and development.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance & Accounting (or related field) with relevant mix of qualification and experience.
  • •5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, or Assistance Manager experience in a shared service environment.
  • •1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • •Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • •Knowledge of SOX Compliance norms relating to the process.
