Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement, including SOW scope, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses.
  • •Lead discovery by mapping customer workflows, identifying constraints, defining MVP scope, and shaping solution architecture for custom agent deployments.
  • •Run day-to-day execution across Anthropic and customer teams, driving progress, sequencing work, and making real-time scope/priority trade-offs.
  • •Own product scoping for field engagements—define MVP, author requirements documentation, prioritize the engineering backlog, and manage scope as requirements evolve.
  • •Lead ROI/value measurement with impact hypotheses, baselines and KPIs, pre/post measurement, and reporting outcomes to executive sponsors.

Key Requirements

  • •Have led AI/ML engagements/deployments, whether as a founder, data scientist, engineer, researcher, or in professional services/consulting.
  • •Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production, with understanding of solution patterns, integration approaches, and real-world failure modes.
  • •Have experience in a specialized vertical (e.g., life sciences, pharmaceutical, retail, mining, agriculture).
  • •Be able to navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders and evaluate technical trade-offs; you won’t write production code but will own technical direction.
  • •Have a track record delivering complex, high-stakes enterprise projects where outcomes depended on tight coordination and fast decision-making in regulated industries.
