Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for regional HR enquiries, managing ticket escalations and resolving or directing issues.
  • •Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding and offboarding, core data changes in Workday, and support for monthly payroll preparation and official documentation.
  • •Manage regional visa and immigration processes by working with immigration providers and government relations to execute applications, renewals, quota submissions, and compliance requirements.
  • •Ensure compliance with UAE and Kuwait Labour Laws, company policies, and data protection standards across administrative workflows.
  • •Optimize HR processes by leveraging technology and AI to remove inefficiencies and deliver people analytics dashboards for data-driven decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in an HR administration or People Services role, ideally within the UAE.
  • •Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law under MOHRE and hands-on experience managing regional visa and sponsorship processes.
  • •Experience using Workday (or similar enterprise HRIS) for data management and lifecycle processing.
  • •Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multi-channel queries.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
