  • •Set and maintain reserves; review reports; direct experts; determine coverage and claim value; issue or decline payment; negotiate claims with plaintiff attorneys when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED with five years of claims handling experience, or a bachelor’s degree with two years of claims handling experience, or equivalent required.
  • •Live in the assigned territory unless the company approves a change.
  • •Obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses within 45 days of hire.
  • •Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
  • •Successful completion of the Associate in Claims (AIC) program is preferred.
