Key Responsibilities

•Lead execution of M&A acquisitions from termsheet to full documentation, liaising with internal teams and external advisors to ensure alignment with objectives and risk-adjusted returns.
•Identify optimal investment structures for P&I investments including acquisitions, JVs and fund structures.
•Lead new initiatives for project level capital raising and lead investments into new sectors.
•Ongoing management of investments post-transaction including monitoring and optimizing performance and returns; support relationship management with partners (e.g., SODIC, LSQ).
•Serve as a member of JVCo boards and steering committees; coordinate with Group functions on portfolio level debt & equity funding and tax considerations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 14 years of experience executing and managing relevant M&A transactions.
•Minimum 6 years of managerial experience.
•Relevant Degree in Finance; CFA preferred.
•Extensive technical experience in accounting, financial modelling and structuring, financial due diligence and investment analysis for related transactions.
•Blend of professional advisory (Investment Bank / Big 4) and investment experience
