Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive/predictive inspections and maintain, diagnose, and repair pump discharge/suction assemblies, including Halliburton and other manufacturers’ pumping equipment.
•Conduct basic troubleshooting on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
•Accurately complete pump maintenance documentation produced during the maintenance process.
•Perform QA/QC final checks and ensure accurate data entry into Halliburton’s system of record for pumping equipment maintenance.
•Follow detailed work processes within the Halliburton Management System (HMS) and assist/supervise pump maintenance activities while mentoring junior technicians.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in pump maintenance.
•Ability to perform preventive/predictive inspections and maintain, diagnose, and repair pump discharge/suction assemblies.
•Experience performing troubleshooting on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
•Strong attention to detail, with an analytical approach and good document control practices.
•Ability to complete pump maintenance documentation accurately and support QA/QC and data entry requirements.
