Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end OTC process from quote to cash collection and design the operating model for growth.
  • •Diagnose current breaks, trace to root causes, and design a future-state model with clear roles, handoffs, and SLAs across the organization.
  • •Create the OTC process narrative, SOPs, and process maps to become the institutional standard.
  • •Lead automation across the OTC cycle with Business Technology to replace spreadsheets and manual work with scalable workflows.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Billing Ops, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, BizTech) to align on priorities, dependencies, and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in finance operations, accounting, or business process management with at least 5 years directly owning or leading Order-to-Cash design, optimization, or transformation.
  • •Experience in SaaS or subscription software and understanding how ASC 606 and recurring revenue metrics flow through the OTC cycle—operationally.
  • •Led at least one full-cycle OTC transformation from current-state assessment through design, implementation, and stabilization.
  • •Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite strongly preferred) with Salesforce CPQ, plus at least one revenue automation or billing platform (e.g., RevStream, Zuora, Stripe).
  • •Designed or improved internal controls within the OTC cycle in a SOX or SOX-readiness environment.
