Key Responsibilities

•Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.
•Use state-of-the-art inspection and reconditioning tools within Carvana’s inspection centers.
•Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance pay in an entry-level role.
•Maintain safe working practices and use required protective equipment.
•Work mandatory overtime as needed to meet customer delivery commitments.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 6 months professional automotive prepping experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
