Job Summary

Provide best-in-class customer service while processing teller transactions and servicing existing and potential customers. Support branch sales goals by identifying referral opportunities, balancing cash daily, and following bank compliance procedures (including BSA/AML). Maintain and grow knowledge of bank products and digital channels, escalate risks through proper channels, and perform additional duties as assigned. Two days off per week are Tuesday and Thursday, with work every Saturday.
