Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and manage procurement activities to ensure supplies are available when needed for WCT products.
  • •Implement ISO, AEO, ASME, and PV management systems within the factory.
  • •Coordinate across departments to deliver customer-specific orders under the ETO business model, managing risks and changes.
  • •Review forecasts with suppliers and material schedules with production management; establish inventory classifications (ABC) and standardized supply schedules.
  • •Lead supply chain staff (hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations) and develop analytics, systems, and data management capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience with management responsibility in supply chain/procurement.
  • •Working knowledge of ERP systems and ability to use analytics and reporting tools.
  • •Ability to read and comprehend legal documents such as contracts or import/export agreements.
  • •Solid English ability for effective global communication in written and oral form.
