Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or equivalent (relevant experience may substitute for education).
  • •5–7 years of experience in Emergency/Disaster/Crisis management.
  • •Advanced knowledge of emergency management principles, including preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery operations.
  • •Ability to deploy with little to no advance notice (24–48 hours) and up to 30 days at a time, potentially working 8–12 hours/day up to 7 days/week.
  • •Proven leadership, staff supervision, and management skills.
