Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and creating communication plans for timely updates.
  • •Lead project administration, including adherence to contract penalty clauses/liquidated damages, reporting analysis for deficiencies, documentation, and safety/compliance requirements across governing agencies.
  • •Manage project financials: cash flow, monthly forecasted cost/revenue, cost at completion, expense monitoring, collections support, and monthly backlog review communications.
  • •Validate scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents, setting customer expectations, and identifying risks with mitigation plans.
  • •Utilize and manage properly qualified subcontractors: oversee RFQs, award subcontracts, coordinate execution, and manage subcontractor progress, meetings, billing expectations, and project safety, plus create/maintain schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management degree preferred.
  • •3-5 years’ experience with project schedules and PM construction software.
  • •Extensive financial analysis experience, including cost segregation, margin analysis, earned value management (EVM), or similar methodologies.
  • •Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, and risk with enough technical or construction knowledge.
  • •Prior experience resolving collections and customer financial issues during project execution, and a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
