Job Summary

Lead complex technical programs within the PMO, supporting Engineering/Operations teams focused on delivering new products aligned with the F5 Distributed Cloud platform. Build and maintain project plans (scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, budget), gather requirements across multi-teams, negotiate priorities, monitor progress, and create recovery strategies. Provide executive governance presentations and data analytics, run program meetings, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain project plans including scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and budget.
•Lead holistic gathering of product requirements and project scope across multiple teams or business functions.
•Negotiate challenging priorities and establish delivery plans/schedules aligned with organizational objectives.
•Monitor delivery progress and create recovery strategies when projects deviate from schedules.
•Provide data analytics for operational, process improvement, and cost reporting, and deliver executive-level governance presentations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of experience managing projects at technology-based companies or technical domains (4+ years with a Master’s degree).
•Experience building project schedules using work-breakdown techniques and managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk through a project charter.
•Ability to apply critical thinking to analyze problems, develop solutions, forecast resources, and manage risk.
•Experience using standard project/portfolio management tools such as MS Project/MS Project Server.
•Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and experience working in concurrent software development environments.
