Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain project plans including scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and budget.
  • •Lead holistic gathering of product requirements and project scope across multiple teams or business functions.
  • •Negotiate challenging priorities and establish delivery plans/schedules aligned with organizational objectives.
  • •Monitor delivery progress and create recovery strategies when projects deviate from schedules.
  • •Provide data analytics for operational, process improvement, and cost reporting, and deliver executive-level governance presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience managing projects at technology-based companies or technical domains (4+ years with a Master’s degree).
  • •Experience building project schedules using work-breakdown techniques and managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk through a project charter.
  • •Ability to apply critical thinking to analyze problems, develop solutions, forecast resources, and manage risk.
  • •Experience using standard project/portfolio management tools such as MS Project/MS Project Server.
  • •Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and experience working in concurrent software development environments.
