Facilitate customer adoption of AI products by deploying production use cases across industries and working with enterprise teams from pre-sales through implementation. Build state-of-the-art GenAI applications using fine-tuning, advanced RAG, and agentic workflows, collaborating with researchers, product engineers, and contributing to open-source codebases for inference and fine-tuning. Provide technical guidance and improve product/model capabilities based on customer feedback.
