Lead market development and business growth initiatives across North America (remote), expanding customer engagement and market penetration. •Manage, coach, mentor, and develop a team of business development professionals, including staffing and performance management decisions.
•Establish KPIs, forecasting processes, and department performance objectives; monitor results, drive process improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices.
