Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities of Logistics and Warehouse departments within the region, ensuring efficient productivity and team management.
  • •Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and measures for the end-to-end supply chain process to support business continuity.
  • •Manage distribution to ensure smooth deliveries to partners within the region and oversee inventory management and stock audits.
  • •Oversee logistics financial and documentation processes, including LCs (letter of credits), transfers, settlements, and processing vendor pricing, payments, and delivery terms.
  • •Lead and coach the team through performance reviews, training needs, development plans, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in France.
  • •Strong background across warehousing, logistics, procurement, demand forecasting, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • •Hands-on operational experience managing warehouse activities and day-to-day supply chain execution.
  • •Experience managing a team, overseeing operational performance, and delivery.
  • •Good understanding of customs clearance procedures and international logistics operations.
