Job Summary

Lead People Advisory work across APAC as the regional center of excellence, bridging global solutions with local execution. Drive advisory opportunities and business growth in human capital areas such as M&A, integrated transformation, total rewards, and strategic communication. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, develop advisory content (research, articles, white papers, speeches/webcasts), and help develop consulting capabilities and offerings for the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the center of excellence for the region, bridging leading global solutions with local execution and accelerating sub-region delivery.
•Drive People Advisory business by developing advisory opportunities across APAC and collaborating across solution lines.
•Create trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and support topline growth for the firm.
•Develop and contribute to advisory content including research, articles, white papers, and applied content for speeches or webcasts.
•Play a leading role in developing the technical/consulting skills of team members and supporting capabilities and offerings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
•10-15 years of experience in management consulting, HR consulting, or a related field.
•Strong knowledge of talent advisory and HR strategy, including Employee Value Proposition and Company Culture Change.
•Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools.
•Ability to create client documents and decks using PowerPoint; excellent communication and presentation skills.
