Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the center of excellence for the region, bridging leading global solutions with local execution and accelerating sub-region delivery.
  • •Drive People Advisory business by developing advisory opportunities across APAC and collaborating across solution lines.
  • •Create trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and support topline growth for the firm.
  • •Develop and contribute to advisory content including research, articles, white papers, and applied content for speeches or webcasts.
  • •Play a leading role in developing the technical/consulting skills of team members and supporting capabilities and offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • •10-15 years of experience in management consulting, HR consulting, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of talent advisory and HR strategy, including Employee Value Proposition and Company Culture Change.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools.
  • •Ability to create client documents and decks using PowerPoint; excellent communication and presentation skills.
