Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers, understanding requirements and configuring the product to solve customer problems.
  • •Own end-to-end implementation, building customer processes from scratch for new customers.
  • •Run training and Q&A sessions with customers and stakeholders to enable product adoption.
  • •Manage onboarding projects proactively across many customers, ensuring requirements and tasks are tracked.
  • •Delegate and oversee project-related activities to supporting solutions and technical consultants, and coordinate with product/engineering on customer requests and expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in procurement/sourcing, ERP/P2P systems consulting, or managing B2B SaaS customer and stakeholder relationships.
