Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Design Management team, supporting leadership with business development and team performance reviews.
  • •Manage Design Management projects across the UK and internationally, including design programmes, progress monitoring, and delivery of outputs.
  • •Oversee financial processes including invoicing, cash flow projections, and design budgeting/change management while contributing to business planning.
  • •Manage sub-consultants by preparing responsibility matrices, drafting and updating back-to-back contracts, and tracking sub-consultant invoice progress with monthly financial reporting.
  • •Review design work outputs for quality and contractual compliance, establish design management procedures, and coordinate project meetings and design workshops.
