Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Managing Director’s executive calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reporting/reimbursement processes per company policies.
  • •Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, business reviews, and key forums, including agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • •Organize and support executive visits, leadership events, and strategic business engagements to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder experience.
  • •Act as a liaison for senior leaders by coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders.
  • •Maintain highly confidential records and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and business documentation, including procurement and vendor management as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably a Managing Director, CEO, or senior leadership team.
  • •Proven experience managing complex calendars, executive communications, and stakeholder engagements.
  • •Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
