Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance of rotating equipment and associated auxiliaries.
  • •Perform precision mechanical tasks such as alignment, leveling, torquing, dimensional checks, and assembly/disassembly.
  • •Diagnose mechanical issues and collaborate with technical support teams to define corrective actions.
  • •Lead customer communication, site planning, daily coordination, and supervision of craft labor or subcontractors.
  • •Ensure QHSE compliance, including JSAs, toolbox talks, LOTO, and Permit-to-Work processes, and prepare Field Service Reports and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical diploma and at least five years of field experience with gas turbines, compressors, or other rotating equipment performing installation, inspections, or maintenance.
  • •Specialization in one or more technologies, such as compressors, heavy-duty gas turbines (HDGT), aeroderivative gas turbines, or steam turbines.
  • •Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and follow OEM procedures.
  • •Proficiency with precision tools including laser alignment, borescope, micrometers, and dial indicators.
  • •Willingness and ability to travel at least 70%, including internationally and offshore, with a current or previous TWIC card or eligibility to obtain one.
