Key Responsibilities

•Lead copyright partnership initiatives for overseas short dramas to grow targeted content supply.
•Screen and manage copyright holders, conducting end-to-end copyright negotiations, contract execution, and content launch processes.
•Acquire exclusive premiere rights for new short drama titles and support overseas distribution of top-performing domestic short dramas.
•Provide strategic guidance on imported content quality and drive growth in both overall content volume and premium short drama titles.
•Monitor overseas short drama rankings and continuously refine partnership workflows by identifying risks and implementing solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 2 years of experience in business development or content partnerships, specifically with short drama copyright collaboration.
•Proven track record and understanding of short drama content to identify hit potential and guide imported content quality.
•Established networks and resources across short drama copyright holders, platforms, and distribution channels.
•Strong project management capability, with excellent business negotiation and proposal development skills.
•Professional fluency in English for business communications.
•Proactively maintain and refine partnership management workflows across the collaboration lifecycle; identify partnership risks and drive viable solutions through implementation.
