Job Summary

Contribute to the OTR Services team by supporting improvement projects across repair, maintenance, and job-site activities. In close collaboration with your mentor and operations teams, you’ll analyze maintenance data, help optimize processes, standardize maintenance schedules, and develop new management tools to improve service performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll also perform operational history analysis, run lessons-learned (REX) at deal close, and progressively take on greater project responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Standardize and optimize maintenance planning to improve intervention efficiency.
•Build and analyze historical maintenance and repair operations for clients’ equipment.
•Conduct lessons learned (REX) with project leads at deal closure and propose improvement opportunities.
•Contribute to implementing tools and methods to improve service, maintenance, and modernization activities.
•Study machine fleet management solutions, compare market offerings, and recommend options aligned with operational needs.
