Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare project plans and drive programs from conception/planning through commercialization, including strategies, processes, and resourcing.
  • •Manage project schedules and task details using project management tools, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling software.
  • •Coordinate cross-division resources to achieve on-time, within-budget performance; initiate/manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • •Drive cost and schedule performance for equipment for internal/external customers and worldwide vendors.
  • •Identify critical paths, mitigate risks early, and resolve project complications to drive program closure.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of technical program management experience in semiconductor capital equipment.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex matrix environment spanning hardware, software, and systems integration to meet program requirements and timelines.
  • •Experience with Epi and integrated system experience (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering with strong technical capability in program management.
  • •In-depth understanding of product development processes and ability to interpret internal/external business challenges to recommend best practices.
