Key Responsibilities

•Build development infrastructure including Cloud IDE, repo/code management, and CI/CD systems.
•Build intelligent data platforms to help client developers make decisions that optimize product user experience.
•Build ByteDance staging environments for TikTok, Ads, and Shopping to isolate internal users and traffic from production and scale distributed applications.
•Tune and integrate technologies such as K8S, RPC, DB, MQ, Kafka, HDFS, Hive, and Yarn, and implement build monitoring and alerting.
•Research and convert state-of-the-art computer engineering technology into real product systems.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Experience working with Android/Java/Objective-C/Python/Golang.
•Experience in one or more of: private or public cloud, backend architecture, storage systems, databases, CI/CD systems, build infrastructure, and big data.
•Full-stack development experience.
•Strong strategic thinking and team collaboration skills.
