•Prepare feasibility studies, outline design, detailed design and construction support for mechanical scope on water projects
•Produce plant layouts, design drawings and mechanical plant selections including specifications and P&IDs
•Liaise and collaborate with water, civil, electrical and process engineers across projects
•Visit sites to carry out surveys and liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers
•Lead design reviews and act as Mechanical Lead on projects to deliver on programme and budget

Key Requirements

•A degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
•Be a Chartered Engineer with a relevant institution (e.g., IMechE)
•Proven ability to deliver engineering designs, reports, drawings, technical specifications and calculations
•Hands-on experience delivering innovative solutions for water and wastewater engineering projects
•Experience delivering projects within a water infrastructure context
