Job Summary

Senior banker leading OKX’s global banking partnerships, owning the global bank relationship book, and driving strategy with G-SIBs and regional banks. You will be the institutional face to banks, coordinate across product and regional teams, and build trust between traditional banks and a leading crypto exchange. Key Responsibilities

•Own the global bank relationship book as a portfolio.
•Execute relationship strategy account by account across G-SIBs and regional banks for the full operating and custody bank stack.
•Sequence partnership asks, manage escalations, source new partners, and own the executive ladder at each institution.
•Serve as HQ's senior banking voice and host visiting bank executives; draft narrative for banking briefs to executives, risk, and internal teams.
•Build the cultural bridge between bank and exchange and drive strategic banking workstreams.

Key Requirements

•15–20 years inside a tier-1 global bank with deep experience across Transaction and Commercial Banking, Cash Management, and related areas.
•Proven ability to own and manage a global bank relationship book and execute a relationship strategy across G-SIBs and regional banks.
•Strong stakeholder management, executive escalation, and ability to interact with risk, compliance, and board-level stakeholders.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to operate across UK/US/Singapore time zones; willingness to travel regularly.
•Meaningful experience in Digital Assets / Institutional Crypto Banking and bridging traditional banking with crypto platforms.
