Job Summary

Support public safety agencies by administering PremierOne CAD and/or PremierOne RMS within the Video and Software Services Central Region Field Services team. Provide remote backfill and onsite support when needed, troubleshoot and escalate incidents through resolution, run diagnostics with approved MSI tools, and perform maintenance and software patching on covered physical and virtual servers.

•Provide tailored technical customer operations support for PremierOne CAD and/or PremierOne RMS.
•Backfill remote system administrator coverage and provide onsite support to customer sites when needed.
•Review workflows, procedures, and performance to develop operational efficiency strategies for CAD/RMS.
•Document, analyze, validate, and escalate PremierOne CAD/RMS incidents/problems through full resolution.
•Perform diagnostics and periodic system maintenance and software patching on physical and virtual servers.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree required/preferred.
•3+ years of IT and/or Public Safety experience, including customer service or Records Management Systems experience.
•Experience with Public Safety applications involving CAD/RMS/Mobile and 911 center equipment preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to work with enterprise hardware and software solutions; HP preferred.
•Must be able to obtain a background clearance and successfully pass a fingerprint background check per CJIS Security Policy.
