Join Magic’s engineering and creative team to own and optimize the website stack (WordPress/Elementor, Cloudflare, PHP, JavaScript). Work fully remotely across Asia, Europe, and US time zones, delivering fast, reliable pages, implementing analytics, and driving end-to-end web projects that impact our growing customer base.

Job Function: Construction, Civil & Site Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Within 2 weeks, complete onboarding and get familiar with our website stack and processes, and start making small improvements to existing pages.
•Within 1 month, own website performance and reliability metrics and implement tracking improvements and analytics dashboards.
•Within 2 months, take ownership and lead technical web projects end-to-end and become the go-to expert on website performance, Cloudflare, and front-end optimization.
•Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality, pixel-perfect designs and UX across WordPress sites.
•Contribute to mentoring and code reviews to improve processes and infrastructure.
