Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners in the Brazilian market, influencing product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
•Advise top-tier strategic partners using Fever’s proprietary data and technology to help them succeed and grow.
•Lead projects that convert complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for CAC, LTV, and ROI.
•Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to keep operations lean, efficient, and capable of supporting rapid growth.
•Coordinate with regional stakeholders (e.g., Country and Regional General Managers) to build local marketing and technology business cases within Fever’s global capabilities.

•Strong analytical skills to leverage data and make strategic business decisions while crafting narratives for senior stakeholders.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across cultures and disciplines.
•Fluency in English and Portuguese; proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
