Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a multi-year marketing strategy aligned to company growth, efficiency, and market expansion goals.
•Partner with the CRO in shared accountability for pipeline creation and revenue performance, aligning inbound, outbound, lifecycle, and emerging product-led motions.
•Evolve inbound-led growth engine to improve efficiency, reduce cost structure, and increase predictable pipeline contribution.
•Strengthen brand positioning across SMB and large-group healthcare verticals, ensuring differentiated and compelling market presence.
•Lead product marketing strategy, including vertical go-to-market execution, competitive positioning, messaging clarity, and launch excellence.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including senior executive experience within a B2B SaaS organization.
•Proven success scaling a multi-channel marketing engine in an inbound-led environment with meaningful outbound partnership.
•Demonstrated ability to improve marketing efficiency and optimize cost structure while sustaining growth.
•Experience serving SMB markets, driving successful up-market expansion, and leading verticalized go-to-market strategies.
•Strong partnership track record with Sales leadership, including shared accountability for pipeline and revenue commitments.
