  • •Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and accurate completion of complex and standardized transactions while identifying client needs
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking
  • •Support the team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and referring clients to appropriate branch team members
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs
