Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with subcontractors and workers to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • •Maintain work quality, minimize reworks, and ensure assigned work is completed on schedule and to company standards.
  • •Monitor and control the latest valid drawings issued for use, and coordinate activities based on as-built requirements for major elements.
  • •Perform corrective actions for work requiring rework or remedial actions as instructed by the site engineer.
  • •Conduct site supervision of labor, materials, and equipment movement, ensure workers comply with safety procedures, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting/resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant working experience in construction/site operations.
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope and objectives.
  • •Knowledge of project safety programs and occupational health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure work is executed according to approved shop drawings and method statements, with strong QA/QC focus to minimize rework.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •2 year(s) GCC experience is a plus
