Build AI-native systems for BJAK’s AI Neobank app, focusing on production-ready solutions rather than research. You’ll design and ship AI agents, automations, and workflows using LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, and guardrails to improve onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, and operations. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize what’s worth building and deliver reliable, scalable experiences under real constraints like cost, latency, security, and trust.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve real customer, product, and operations problems.
•Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
•Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
•Partner with product and engineering teams to identify what to build, then build and iterate quickly in production.
•Design systems with real constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on engineering ability to build AI-native systems (not just AI strategy or management).
•Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
•Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
•Good judgment on what should be automated and what should not.
•Ability to ship working systems, test quality, and improve reliability over time.
