Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall architecture design and core capability development for an AI Agent platform, including orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration.
  • •Embed AI-native capabilities into engineering workflows, such as AI coding, technical solution generation, test case/report generation, and automated environment setup/orchestration.
  • •Design and integrate enterprise knowledge augmentation layers, including RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graphs.
  • •Establish AI agent runtime and governance frameworks covering isolation/sandboxing, access control/permissioning, auditability/traceability, evaluation and quality measurement, and stability/reliability/cost management.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and platform teams to standardise and productionise platform capabilities to improve delivery quality and engineering efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above, with preferred majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields.
  • •8+ years in backend/platform engineering, architecture, or similar enterprise-scale delivery roles, including 3 years delivering AI-related production in a commercial environment.
  • •Strong systems thinking for designing and evolving complex, scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems.
  • •Proficiency in Java and/or Python with strong coding fundamentals and architectural judgment, plus hands-on delivery experience.
  • •Deep AI/agent architecture skills, including LLM/agent design concepts (planning, tool/function calling, context/session management, memory, execution loops) and practical experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph (or equivalent).
