Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex, high-impact insights projects focused on real estate and business investments with autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
•Conduct statistical and analytical data analysis using Excel, Alteryx, and MicroStrategy to generate trends, benchmarks, and recommendations for new restaurant development.
•Build expertise in development technology systems and maintain analytical tools and frameworks supporting sales forecasting and growth projections.
•Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to execute initiatives, manage deliverables, and solve strategic problems.
•Provide thought partnership and support ad hoc analyses and special projects to influence decisions on development priorities.

Pay and Benefits

•Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
