Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead teams responsible for technology solutions aligned to business needs and risk/operational requirements.
  • •Identify and resolve complex technical, operational, risk-management, and organizational challenges for one or more sub-LOBs.
  • •Direct software engineering and deployment of significant delivery projects, including Agile methodologies and planning across design, engineering, testing, and deployment.
  • •Own first-line risk defense by proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigations; partner with 2nd line of defense, auditors, and regulators.
  • •Provide full management responsibilities for teammates, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions; oversee unit and integration/functional testing and production knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8 years of progressive experience in software engineering or IT consulting roles.
  • •At least 5 years applying in-depth knowledge of information systems and key business processes to implement IT best practices.
  • •Experience across requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment of applications.
  • •Experience leading projects and mentoring less experienced teammates; familiarity with Rally, Jira, Azure DevOps, Agile/Waterfall SDLC, microservices, MQ/Kafka, relational and NoSQL databases, Kubernetes, AWS, SOAP UI, SAML, Java, and Splunk.
