Job Summary

Provide classroom and hands-on instruction for Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS) and integrated Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments. Plan, prepare, execute, and recover mission training events in line with the MTC training program, develop curriculum and CBT materials, and certify training per PDCP. Configure and test training systems, troubleshoot modifications, and support event/exercise lifecycle activities for XVIII Airborne Corps mission training complexes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide classroom-based instruction on multiple Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS).
•Deliver small, medium, and large collective training events/exercises in accordance with the MTC training program.
•Develop training methods and materials (curriculum, lectures, and CBT aids) based on client/user specifications.
•Develop TSP training products, including operational procedures for an integrated federation of C2IS and Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) simulation/stimulation systems.
•Support event/exercise lifecycle management (planning, preparation, execution/recovery, AAR) and assist with training environment development, system setup/testing/troubleshooting/modification.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related experience; BA/BS or equivalent experience.
•5 years of military training and training support operations; MTC experience highly preferred.

•Robust knowledge of the Army and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) and planning processes, simulation, and tactical network architecture.
•Secret clearance required to start, with the role located onsite at Ft Bragg, NC.
