  • •Support planning, design, and implementation of building technology systems for healthcare and other complex facilities.
  • •Design and coordinate structured cabling, audio visual, electronic safety & security, and code required communications systems.
  • •Prepare construction documents, drawings, specifications, and construction administration deliverables.
  • •Coordinate building technology systems with architectural, electrical, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.
  • •Assist with client meetings, site surveys/field investigations, and project scheduling/budgeting coordination; mentor junior designers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Computer Science, Business/Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5–7 years designing Building Technology Systems in an architectural, engineering, or consulting environment.
  • •Experience designing one or more: structured cabling, audio visual (AV), electronic safety & security, or telecommunications infrastructure.
  • •Experience supporting healthcare projects (hospitals, medical office buildings, or healthcare campuses).
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit; strong written and verbal communication skills for client and project-team presentations.
