Serve as the first point of contact for external customers and internal users, delivering exceptional technical support for wealth management systems. Provide tier 1 application support, manage user access provisioning, and ensure correct permission levels. Track problem trends and recommend improvements, coordinate issue communication with vendors, and support client demos and training for online products.

•Coordinate communication on application issues between internal customers and external vendors, including client demos/training when requested.

•Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
