Key Responsibilities

  • •Own onboarding and ongoing data health for strategic and high-value clients, including enhancements to data quality and tech stack integration.
  • •Consult with prospects/clients to define business goals and metrics that guide data architecture and project outcomes.
  • •Work with customer engineering, product management, and marketing teams to handle technical onboarding, optimize Mixpanel deployments, and improve data trust.
  • •Deliver technical services from data architecture consultations to adoption and change management best practices.
  • •Build AI automations for customers to manage data at scale and consult on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfortable querying, modeling, and transforming data using tools such as SQL, dbt, Python, business intelligence tools, or product analytics tools.
  • •Familiar with databases and cloud data warehouses including Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft Azure.
  • •Familiar with product analytics implementation methods such as SDKs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), event streaming, and reverse ETL.
  • •Experience in customer success, client-facing professional services, consulting, or technical project management.
  • •Experience embedding AI into workflows and familiarity with using MCP servers to set context and advise on AI/data strategy.
