Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of AV systems integration projects.
  • •Coordinate activities to deliver projects on time, accurately, and on budget according to AVI-SPL Project Management process and procedures.
  • •Facilitate internal and external project kickoff meetings across Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation, customers, and third parties.
  • •Identify and manage project risk, resolve issues, and escalate to management as needed.
  • •Create/manage project schedules, manage expenditures against project budgets, and provide internal/external status and progress reporting, including change orders and close-out documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Audio Visual, Construction, Technology, or related industry.
  • •Proven project management and team leadership experience.
  • •Manage multiple projects with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • •Understand revenue, budget, margin, and financial variance factors for assigned projects.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MSProject scheduling software; valid Driver’s License and acceptable MVR.
