Contract Specialist

Negotiate and draft cloud, software, and procurement agreements and statements of work to support Esri’s business, sales, and risk objectives. Work with internal teams and global vendors to review contract work requests, anticipate contractual risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Partner with contracts negotiators and attorneys while maintaining high ethical standards. The role also focuses on streamlining negotiations and helping customers and suppliers understand contract requirements that protect Esri’s intellectual property.
