Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a world-class finance function using both Numeric’s products and internal finance tools for the office of the CFO.
  • •Operate day-to-day finance processes including procure-to-pay, quote-to-cash, and month-end close modeling.
  • •Clarify decision-making through reporting, budgeting, and scenario planning to communicate performance and constraints to leaders.
  • •Partner with executive stakeholders to provide insight on department-level P&L performance across the company.
  • •Provide feedback on Numeric’s tools and systems to transform accounting as part of operating and improving the business.

Key Requirements

  • •3-8 years of experience in corporate accounting, FP&A, or finance at an early-stage startup.
  • •Strong accounting expertise with a willingness to design finance/accounting processes from first principles.

  • •SQL skills (plus).
  • •Comfort building tools with LLMs.
