Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Sales Operations Analyst to manage and coordinate deal structuring, review, and approval processes.
  • •Manage non-standard deals for assigned accounts or geography in alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • •Establish relationships with internal functional teams to enable deal reviews and approvals, including executive engagement.
  • •Perform scenario analysis, what-if comparisons, and sensitivity analysis during the deal structuring cycle.
  • •Optimize deals with the Sales team to protect margins, mitigate risks, and prevent channel or country/theatre conflicts.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, Marketing).
  • •7+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting.
  • •Strong leadership, time management, and planning skills to work effectively under time pressure.
  • •Strong quantitative analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
  • •Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite and SFDC is desirable.
