Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including partnerships, marketing, IT, procurement, and supplier agreements.
  • •Draft and update Terms & Conditions for B2B and B2C models, including exposure to digital platform and e-commerce contexts.
  • •Provide commercial and corporate legal support bridging Global HQ and the Spanish market, including handling cross-border agreements between Spain and HQ.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Law, with a Master’s degree highly valued, plus admission to the Spanish Bar.
  • •4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally split between a top-tier law firm and an in-house legal department in a tech or fast-paced environment.
  • •Bilingual or highly proficient professional-level English and Spanish (written and spoken) to draft and negotiate complex legal documents in both languages.
  • •Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial agreements across areas like partnerships, marketing, IT, procurement, and suppliers.
