Senior Director - Revenue Cycle Managed Services

Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations for healthcare clients across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end functions, including patient access, HIM/CDI, coding, billing, claims, denials, accounts receivable, cash applications, and revenue integrity. Oversee large-scale revenue cycle teams within a shared services center, drive continuous improvement and KPI performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise health system executives and operational leaders. Guide and develop subordinate directors, managers, and staff through training and capability building.
