  • •Provide structured feedback to candidates after interviews
  • •Use Ashby and Coderbyte to assess candidates in our pool
  • •Coordinate with the interview process and contribute to screening for portfolio companies
  • •Participate in the Silver.dev Interview + Screening process (1hr)

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of experience or more in a Product Startup or equivalent experience
  • •Experience passing Live coding interviews at companies
  • •Fluent in a popular language (javascript, python, ruby, etc) for Backend Challenges
  • •Fluent in Frontend and React for Frontend Challenges
