Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet or exceed store sales and profit targets by owning sales/KPI performance and using available store resources.
  • •Execute brand customer service standards and act as a brand ambassador aligned to brand attitude and values.
  • •Apply seasonal brand and product knowledge during customer interactions and communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards, and ensure product availability through merchandising fixture replenishment.
  • •Process deliveries, run cash register transactions accurately, minimize loss, and perform all store operations safely and efficiently.
